Throughout the twists and turns that Mira Raskovic’s life has taken, she has learned two important lessons: the value of friendship and the certainty that sharing what works best will lead to good things.

Mira Essential is a range of skin care products developed from a recipe given to Mira by her great friend in her homeland, Yugoslavia.

The Eastern European tradition of sharing the best recipes, handed down from mother to daughter or to best friends is well established.  Mira’s great friend, developed a skin care recipe she had been using to protect her skin from the harsh dry, climate. This amazing recipe offered to Mira, contains no chemicals or artificial ingredients at all and uses only natural oils and fragrances.

From the original recipe, Mira has researched and adapted the ingredients. Hand-mixing her creams, she has produced a range of products that are designed to nourish the skin with natural oils and nutrients that maximize protection from the cold, wind and sun, helping skin retain its youthfulness. She selects only the best, 100% natural oils and fragrances and her products contain no chemicals.

Mira hasn’t forgotten the value of friendships and of sharing her knowledge with others. From her market stall at St Heliers  her clientele of customers has grown and now she is now passing that knowledge on to us.

Mira actively invites her clients to tell her what works best for their skin yet her friends have told her that her products are already wonderful, that her creams nourish their skin and make their face feel totally soothed and refreshed.
